Sedition ! ~ RSS family brutally murdered in West Bengal !!

July 7, 1908 is a date no patriotic Indian could afford not to know for it is on that day Madurai-born freedom fighter Subramania Siva became the first patriot in the whole of Madras Presidency (encompassing much of present day southern India) to be found guilty and imprisoned on the charge of sedition in British India.

Ahead of the visit of Chinese President, Tenzin Norbu, a Tibetan assistant professor was arrested by the Chennai Police and sent to judicial remand. Norbu was planning to stage a black flag protest against Chinese president Xi Jinping with few Tibetan Students, during the president's visit to Mamallapuram, police sources said. The police received the information from the students who were arrested two days ago in Tamil Nadu. Tenzin Norbu is as an assistant professor at Hindustan College in Chennai. Police also conducted secret searches at a few hostels after getting inputs from the intelligence agencies. Ahead of Chinese Premier Xi Jinping's visit to Mahabalipuram, two students and six Tibetan activists were detained by Tamil Nadu Police on Sunday night.

Section 124-A in the Indian Penal Code (IPC), named 'Sedition', explains the term in wide and magnanimous manner. It says “whoever, by words, either spoken or written, or by signs, or by visible representation, or otherwise, brings or attempts to bring into hatred or contempt, or excites or attempts to excite disaffection towards the Government established by law in India shall be punished with imprisonment for life.”

A few days back, an FIR was  filed against the 49 persons  who wrote an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in July 2019, expressing concern over the rising incidence of communal violence in the country. According to PTI, the FIR was  filed under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including sedition, public nuisance, hurting religious feelings and insulting with an intent to provoke breach of peace. An inspector at Sadar police station in Muzzafarpur, Bihar, confirmed to TNM that the FIR has been filed, after an order to the effect was passed on August 20 by Chief Judicial Magistrate Surya Kant Tiwari in regard to a petition by the advocate Sudhir Ojha. Communist Party of India (CPI) General Secretary D Raja  attacked the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), saying that the organisation was trying to bring calamity to India by speaking of a "Hindu rashtra". The CPI will organise a three-day seminar on Vedas and Upanishads to prevent the "misuse of Hindu scriptures and texts for communal ends".

B u t, have you ever heard or read the same persons condemning the brutal killings / lynching of Hindus ? – why double standards ?  - hitting back at its critics for blaming the Narendra Modi government for the registration of a sedition case against 49 intellectuals and artists, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said that it was an "absolute falsehood" spread by vested interests and asserted that the development had nothing to with either the party or its dispensation at the Centre. Putting up a strong defence of the government, Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar noted that the FIR was filed after a Bihar court's order on a petition. The government has not filed the FIR, he added.

West Bengal is lawless – mayhem .. .. a couple of months back, Anil Singh, a party worker from Englishbazar, Malda, was brutally murdered and his body burnt. The BJP West Bengal Twitter blamed Trinamool Congress goons for the crime and added that Singh was missing from the last few days.  Now comes the gory news of killing of 3 members of a family, including an 8-year-old boy,  murdered in Murshidabad

Bondhu Pal, 35 was a  Swayamsevak.  Bondhu Gopal Pal’s wife, Beauty, 30, was reportedly pregnant with their second child.  The young man,   his pregnant wife, and their eight-year-old son were on Wednesday found murdered in West Bengal's Murshidabad district. The bodies of Bondhu Gopal Pal, a 35-year-old primary school teacher, his wife Beauty, and son were found lying in a pool of blood inside their residence on Tuesday in Jiaganj area of the district, police said.  The incident came to light after neighbours did not see the family at the Vijayadashami celebrations. Worried, some of them, went to their home but found the door bolted from inside. They informed the police which found the bodies lying in a pool of blood. Graphic photos and videos of the West Bengal family lying in a pool of blood flooded social media. BJP leader Sambit Patra also took to Twitter and tweeted photos and videos of the crime spot.

Terming the incident as gruesome, BJP's Sambit Patra said, "Gruesome video This has shaken my conscience ...a RSS worker Sh Bandhu Prakash Pal, his eight months pregnant wife & his kid were brutally slaughtered in West Bengal’s Murshidabad Not a word by the liberals Not a letter by 59 liberals to Mamata Nauseating Selectivism!." Reacting to the incident, West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankar said, "I am in deep pain. My heart is bleeding. What was in Murshidabad, a brutal murder took place, putting humanity to shame.
