Feeding Crow !!!
In this beautiful World,
often those (perceivedly not so beautiful) are not considered attractive – may be
because, they are common, they are looked down with contempt.
In most species, mother
birds always love their babies unconditionally. They spend a lot of time to
take care of their babies and keep them safe as much as possible.
Allofeeding is a type of
food sharing behaviour observed in cooperatively breeding species of birds. Parent birds feed altricial hatchlings, which are dependent on care for their survival. Most mother birds eat food and then
regurgitate it for the babies. They often feed their babies insects so that
they can get more protein and grow healthy.
.. .. .. and Crows eat ‘raw boiled rice’ ! - is what I have observed and learnt !!
