With too many people uttering “Wrong Place – Wrong Time” – and presenting
as if the 23 year kid was not fault is actually irritating and is a concerted
attempt to shift the focus elsewhere away from the crime ! – the perpetrator is
no child and the crime is heinous, possession of narcotics.
For
most of us the first inspiration is the School Teacher – the one who changed
the lives of so many of us. That way the SRH starring Byju tuition
ads are catchy as also irritating ! – and some have asked why SRH never put his
ward in ByJu !

An elite team of thieves takes
refuge with a family after a heist goes horribly wrong. They soon find
themselves in a fight for their lives when one of their hosts turns into a
mysterious creature. Wrong Place Wrong
Time starts with bloody shootout between law enforcement and a group of masked
individuals. It turns out they are a team of mercenaries planning to steal
billions of dollars in laundered money.
The film is an interesting mix of genres. Things start
off as a typical heist film. The first act involves lots of planning and tough
guy posturing. There is little character development before Wrong Place Wrong
Time takes a sudden turn.
2.
The phrase
‘wrong place at the wrong time’ – would mean a situation where something bad
happens to one because that person was unlucky, not because that person did anything
wrong:

His descent from England’s
premier all-rounder to prison is recounted in his autobiography, Crazy: My Road
to Redemption, a painfully honest account of how he went from a Lords dressing
room to a cramped prison cell. – know who ?

Ever heard of “Ghoulish Epicaricacy
? Epicaricacy
means to derive pleasure from the misfortune of another, or what the Germans
call schadenfreude.
Shah Rukh Khan's friend
Viveck Vaswani has reacted to Aryan Khan's arrest. The film producer said that
Shah Rukh and his family will ‘always be targeted’ by those ‘apathetic’ to Shah
Rukh's success !! Aryan Khan was at the wrong place, at the
wrong time’: Sussanne Khan claims a ‘witch hunt on’, supports Shah Rukh Khan
and Gauri. Sussanne Khan, took to social
media to share her opinion on the arrest of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan.
She claimed that it was not about Aryan but a 'witch hunt' is on for people
from Bollywood. After Pooja Bhatt, Hansal Mehta and a few others, Sussanne Khan
has come out in support of Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan after the
arrest of their son Aryan Khan during a recent Narcotics Control Bureau raid.
Sussanne, an interior designer and Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife, took to social
media to share her opinion on the arrest and many targeting Bollywood for an
alleged ‘drug culture’. She believes that this
isn’t about Aryan but a ‘witch hunt’ against those belonging to Bollywood.
Reacting to journalist
Shobhaa De’s report on Instagram, Sussanne wrote, “I think this is not about
Aryan Khan, as he was unfortunately at the wrong
place at the wrong time, this situation is being made an example to
drive home the excitement that some people get as they have a witch hunt on
people from Bollywood.” Adding that
Aryan is a ‘good kid’ Sussanne wrote, “It’s sad n unfair as he is a good kid.
On Monday,
the NCB was allowed custody of Aryan till October 7 after it told a
magistrate’s court that while the 23-year-old was not found in possession of
drugs, they needed his custody to probe evidence “pointing towards
international drug trafficking” based on his phone chats.
Just like Sussanne,
politician Shashi Tharoor also called out people who are ‘witch-hunting’ SRK.
Tharoor wrote on Twitter, “I am no fan of recreational drugs & haven’t ever
tried any, but I am repelled by the ghoulish epicaricacy displayed by those now witch-hunting
@iamsrk on his son’s arrest. Have some empathy, folks. The public glare is bad
enough; no need to gleefully rub a 23yr old’s face in it.”
Aryan Khan was not
arrested for any road rage nor for driving in ‘one-way’ or not wearing an
helmet !! .. .. the celebrity Aryan Khan
was detained late Saturday night by the Narcotics Control Bureau for
questioning after drugs were found in his possession. Aryan was arrested along with Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz
Merchant. All the accused, including Aryan, have been sent to further NCB
custody till October 7. On Monday, Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmun
Dhamecha were produced for their second remand hearing in the cruise ship drug
raid case. They were sent to NCB custody till October 7. The NCB had sought
custody till October 11 and in its remand application stated that “shocking incriminating material has been found on his phone
in the form of pictures”, which talks about “procuring in bulk for
further distribution.” The sections applied under the NDPS Act were 8(c),
20(b), 27, 28, 29. Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh, appearing for the
NCB, read Rhea Chakraborty’s bail order where it was observed that offences
under NDPS are non-bailable.
Advocate Satish
Maneshinde, appearing for Aryan, said, “My bag was searched but nothing was
found. After some time, they took custody of my phone and began interrogating
me. Mr Merchantt is a friend of mine. This is a small
quantity (six grams of charas). None of the other drugs was seized from
us. The main seizure is from the other accused. I am not connected to others.
Even if the offences are non-bailable as argued, based on Rhea's case, I am
entitled to bail. There, Section 27A was invoked, for financing. If material is
seized from other accused, that cannot be foisted on me. One of the grounds is
that there is the seizure of total commercial quantity in the entire case. But
that can't be used against me. According to them, I’m in the position of
purchase. But nothing is recovered from me.”
Aryan is one of the
popular star kids in town. He enjoys a huge fan following on social media. Arbaaz
is a close friend of Aryan and his sister Suhana Khan. Arbaaz’s Instagram
account is private but it seems like he is quite popular amongst the Bollywood
star kids. CB sources have said that it
has been found that Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was consuming drugs for
four years. He was on drugs even during his UK and Dubai stay. In the last year
and a half, since the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, NCB has aggressively
probed the connection between Bollywood and drugs, showcasing the dark
underbelly of tinsel town.
The
connection between entertainment world and substance abuse, however, is old. In
India, among the first actors to be held with drugs was Sanjay Dutt. Even
before the 1993 bomb blast case, Dutt spent five months in jail in 1982 after
he was caught in the possession of illegal substances.
A decade and more ago, England cricketer Chris Lewis (the man who scored a century at Chepauk) was jailed for 13 years for smuggling liquid cocaine valued at more than £140,000 into Britain hidden in fruit juice tins in his cricket bag. His accomplice, Chad Kirnon, a 27-year-old former basketball player born in Montserrat, was given the same sentence. Both men had denied the charges. Chris Lewis, a Guyana-born cricketer once tipped as the next Ian Botham, was stopped at Gatwick airport on return from St Lucia. He was carrying a man's handbag and a cricket bag full of cans of fruit and vegetable juice. The five cans held a brownish liquid that smelt of chemicals and turned out to be dissolved cocaine. Evaporating off the liquid would have yielded 3.75kg of pure cocaine.Lewis made his final Test appearance at the Oval in August 1996 and his last one-day appearance two years later against South Africa. Just over a decade later, he then attempted to smuggle £140,000 worth of cocaine through Gatwick airport. He was sentenced to 13 years imprisonment in May 2009. It was quite a big fall from grace.
