Soaring high !!  உயரப் பறந்தாலும்! - ரஜினி சொன்ன கழுகு காக்கை கதை !!

 

ஒவ்வொரு முறை அவரது படம் வெளிவரும் முன்னரும் பரபரப்பு ஏற்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.  இம்முறை தமன்னாவின் நடன பாடல்.  முகம் சுளிக்க வைக்கும் ஆபாச உடல் நெளிவுகள் என குறை சொல்லவேண்டிய பாடல் ரஜினி படம் என்பதால் பட்டி தொட்டி எங்கும் ஒலிக்கின்றது.  நீங்கள் கேட்டவை என்ற படத்தில் 'அடியே மனம் நில்லுன்னா நிக்காதடி' என சில்க் ஸ்மிதா ஆடியதை எவ்வாறு சிலாகித்தனர் !!  ஜெயிலர் படத்தின் ஆடியோ வெளியீட்டு விழாவில்  கதாநாயகர் ரஜினிகாந்த் அவர்கள் குட்டி கதை ஒன்று சொன்னார்.  காட்டில் பெரிய மிருகங்கள் எப்பவும் சின்ன மிருகங்களை தொல்லை செய்து கொண்டிருக்கும். உதாரணத்திற்கு, காகம் எப்பவும் கழுகை சீண்டிக்கொண்டே இருக்கும். ஆனால், கழுகு எப்பவும் அமைதியாக தான் இருக்கும். கழுகு பறக்கும் போது தான் அதை பார்த்து காக்கவும் உயரமா பறக்க நினைக்கும். ஆனால், காக்காவால் அது முடியாது. 

 

இது சினிமா பதிவல்ல !!  - இங்கே காண்பதும் கழுகல்ல !  -  இது கரும்பருந்து (black kite, Milvus migrans) அல்லது ஊர்ப் பருந்து !! 

 

Kites (birds)  belong to the Accipitridae family of birds. Unlike eagles, they are lighter in weight and smaller in size. Kites are generally found worldwide in areas with a warm climate. 

The black kite (Milvus migrans) is a medium-sized bird of prey in the family Accipitridae, which also includes many other diurnal raptors. It is thought to be the world's most abundant species of Accipitridae, although some populations have experienced dramatic declines or fluctuations. Current global population estimates run up to 6 million! of them in this globe. 

Unlike others of the group, black kites are opportunistic hunters and are more likely to scavenge. They spend much time soaring and gliding in thermals in search of food. Their angled wing and distinctive forked tail make them easy to identify. They are also vociferous with a shrill whinnying call.

The black kite is widely distributed through the temperate and tropical parts of Eurasia and parts of Australasia and Oceania, with the temperate region populations tending to be migratory.   The European populations are small, but the South Asian population is very large. 

For urban wildlife, adaptability is a double-edged sword. On one end, several animals are now accustomed to cityscapes and can derive their needs from the urban environment. However, the ever-growing, dynamic cities have also brought unpleasant challenges that need urgent redressal.

Once active hunters, Indian black kites have increasingly taken to scavenging carrion and ready-to-eat scraps. A large number of them hover over garbage dumps. Expanding urban settlements have resulted in the decline of their original prey base, thereby modifying the diet of black kites. 

While they are said to soar high in the sky – it is not easy -   black kites  impressively soar up to high altitudes, such extreme heights also render them vulnerable to the sun during tropical summers. They frequently collapse from heatstrokes while making a descent in search of prey and water sources !! 

தமிழகத்தில் ரவுடிகள் அராஜகம் அவ்வப்போது பத்திரிகை தலைப்பு செய்தியாக வருகிறது - தலைநகரில் சில பகுதிகளில் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம், அராஜகம்.   ரவுடிகளை ஒழிக்க, அவர்களை ஏ, ஏ-பிளஸ், பி, பி-பிளஸ் என பல்வேறு பிரிவுகளாக பிரித்து அவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்படுவதாக காவல் துறை சொல்கிறது.  மக்களுக்கு அச்சுறுத்தலாக இருப்பவர்கள் குண்டர் சட்டத்தில் சிறையில் அடைக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.  குற்றவாளிகளை கண்காணிக்க 'பருந்து' என்ற செயலியை தமிழக காவல்துறை  வைத்துள்ளதாக செய்தி கூறுகின்றது. 

சரித்திரப் பதிவேடு குற்றவாளிகளின் தற்போதைய நிலையை அறியவும், அவர்களின் குற்றச் செயல்கள், பழிக்குப்பழி கொலைகள் மற்றும் கட்டப்பஞ்சாயத்தில் ஈடுபடுபவர்களின் நடத்தையைக் கண்காணித்து உரிய முன்எச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவும் 'பருந்து' செயலி உதவுகிறதாம்.  ரவுடிகள் மற்றும் கொலை குற்றவாளிகள் தலைமறைவாக இருந்தால், அவர்களுக்கு எதிரான பிடியாணைகளை நிறைவேற்றவும், நிலுவை வழக்குகளை கண்காணிக்கவும் பருந்து செயலி  உதவும். ரவுடிகளின் பெயர், இருப்பிடம், குற்ற வழக்குகள், அவர்களின் கூட்டாளிகள், குடும்ப பின்னணி, அவரது குடும்பத்தில் வேறு யாரேனும் ரவுடிகளாக உள்ளார்களா? எத்தனை முறை சிறை சென்றுள்ளார் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு தகவல்கள்  செயலியில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டு, கண்காணிக்கப்படுவதாகவும் பத்திரிகை செய்திகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.
