Thenkuzhal - - தேங்குழல்

 Those with character undergo pain yet stay strong !  -  தேங்குழல்

 


Even when immersed in hot oil in a big pan, this comes out stronger, tastier -  Thenkuzhal made from rice flour and urad dal flour,  mixed with water, made into soft dough and deep-fried by squeezing into the oil with a murukku press.
