Did you notice the green Parrots at first sight ! ? !

Parrots are beautiful, they are  famous for their remarkable cognitive abilities and exceptionally long lifespans.  Here are two photos taken in different angles – in the first photo, you are more likely to see the imposing Gopuram of Sri Parthasarathi temple.

The badger game is an extortion scheme or confidence trick in which the victims are tricked into compromising positions in order to make them vulnerable to blackmail. Its name is derived from the practice of badger baiting.

Chicago advertising executive Charles Schine lives with his wife Deanna and their daughter Amy, who suffers from type 1 diabetes, which requires expensive medication.  On a commuter train to work one morning, Charles meets Lucinda Harris, a financial advisor who is also married and has a daughter. Days later, the man, who identifies himself as Philippe LaRoche, contacts Charles and threatens to kill his family  and starts extorting money !! 

Derailed,  American crime thriller film based on the novel of the same name by James Siegel,  directed by Mikael Håfström and starring Clive Owen, Jennifer Aniston was released in 2005. The story is based on the Badger Game con.

1970-களில் அதிக பொருட்செலவில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட திரைப்படம்  'உலகம் சுற்றும் வாலிபன்' -  MG இராமச்சந்திரன் உச்சத்தில் இருந்த காலத்தில், திமுகவில் இருந்து வெளி வந்த சமயம் அது.    எம். ஜி. ஆர் தயாரித்து இயக்கிய இத்திரைப்படத்தில் இரட்டை வேடத்தில்  MGR, மஞ்சுளா மற்றும் பலரும் நடித்திருந்தனர்.  அப்போதைய ஆளும் கட்சியாக இருந்த திமுக, சுவரொட்டி விளம்பரங்களுக்கு வரியை உயர்த்தியமையால், சுவரொட்டிகள் இல்லாமலேயே விளம்பரம் செய்யப்பட்டதாம்.  இந்த படம் பெரு வெற்றி அடைந்தது மட்டுமல்லாமல், பின்வந்த தேர்தலிலும் MGR அலைக்கு வித்திட்டது.   

'பச்சைக்கிளி முத்துச்சரம்' 2007ம் ஆண்டு வெளிவந்த தமிழ் திரைப்படம் - கௌதம் மேனன்  இயக்கம்.  சரத்குமார்,ஜோதிகா,மிலிந்த் சோமன்,நடித்து இருந்தார்கள்.  இந்த படம் Derailed  நாவல் / சினிமாவின் தழுவல்.  

கிளிகள் அழகானவை ! நம்மை ஆனந்தப்படுத்த வல்லன.  கிளி சித்தாசிடே குடும்பத்தைச் சேர்ந்த பறவை.   இவற்றின் சிறப்பு சிவப்பான  வளைந்த அலகு.
